Why isn't yahoo answers tallying up my points or answers correctly? Is it stuck?

    Hard to say as you do not say why you think that.

    It may be if you are on the new format you are answering Resolved questions, now called Reference questions which can be answered. They show up on your page when you answer a question as Related questions.

    There aren't points for answering them and they cannot be deleted or edited.
