My computer is not saving my Openoffice.org documents........is this a sign of a virus?

the problems I'm having a started when I entered in the command inetcpl.cpl inthat is supposed to erase passwords and history. Ever since I did this all documents I had saved disappeared. The weird thing is you can still pull up the name of the documents also google is not behaving as it was before and I exported my FIREFOX bookmarks successfully yet the bookmarks are still visable instead of being blank like it usually is when I do this for Internet Explorer. How do I undo this problem ?

Back up your data on a USB flash drive....then go to accessories > system tools > restore......restore your computer before you started to tinker with it...so it goes back to how it was before...

Not a virus...but computer operator mistake
