What is a good Healthy and Organic Shakeology Alternative?
I've been doing P90 and I tried using Shakeology, the only problem is I start to have rancid gas for the rest of the day if I take it in the morning, plus having to sit on the toilet about every 20 minutes. I also get headaches from taking it and stomach pains. I think at this point I might have IBS and I think I am Lactose Intolerant. So my question is: What is a good Healthy and Organic choice for a meal replacement/recovery powder? I know Visalus has terrible ingredients and I used to try that one too but the same thing occurred. I've tried using beano with Shakeology and even Gas-X but neither work. Someone help me! Thanks.

Forget the meal replacements and eat meals.
Our bodies are designed starting with the teeth to consume whole solid foods. The stomach, pancreas, gallbladder, intestines, and colon are all designed to work with solid foods, not highly concentrated juices. That is why we have teeth instead of blender blades in our mouths.
Most of the MLM "health and weight loss" shakes contain extracts and concentrates.
Eating whole foods extends absorption rates and reduces blood sugar spikes.
There are plenty of sources of natural protein in lean meats, raw nuts and seeds, beans, grains, eggs, and dairy.
Try low fat string cheese and see if the bowel problems continue.
It is important to maintain daily intakes of high fiber foods to keep digestive bacteria in high populations. People get excess gas by not maintaining high fiber every day.

ViSalus has very good ingredients, you can use their lactose free shakes in combination with a healthy eating and exercise program which I would be happy to send you.
