Can My PV allow the GPU play GTA 4 ?
My PC has a Max power output of 305w. I have an ATI Radeon HD5450 1GB DDR3 graphic card.
If I play the game at medium settings , how much will this card consume ? If it exceeds the power limit , what will happen?

A 5450 specifies a 330W PSU as a system requirement. Some sites list a "good quality" 300W PSU as enough. What is critical is the 12V rail design and current capacity.
The 5450 only draws about 20W on its own, it is not a heavy load on the PSU.

As for GTA4, don't know.... Try a site like:

and see what it says about your system...
