Kennedy Space Center and Government Shutdown Question?

If a budget deal gets passed, does anyone have any idea roughly how long it would take for Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame to be reopened to tourists?

    Well, ..., it should be open the next day. Since the government passed the bill last night (16-Oct-2013) then is should be open today 17-Oct-2013. The president asked all federal employees to report for work on Thursday 17-Oct-2013. However, you may want to wait a couple of days to let the organization stabilize.
