Is there anyway to remove a setting Senator from Texas?

Update:

A sitting Senator. I knew it was only a matter of time before the grammar Nazis got me too.

Talking state senate or one of the two senators from Texas?

Colorado is doing a good job of removing by recall the legislators that voted against their 2nd amendment rights... the others will be voted out of office in the elections.

I agree that John Cornyn has screwed us over and sold us out... he's been in DC too darn long. We need to replace him with a constitutionalist ASAP. Ted Cruz has really been doing a good job... doing what we put him there to do. We need more like him.

only by the same process you remove a POTUS--- impeachment..

    OR--

If Texas has a constitution that allows for recall elections, that works too...

this is a democracy, take it to the polls. in the meantime he will keep "setting" or whatever your ebonics was trying to say.

The constitution does not allow for that. He has to die or resign.
