I recently called Yahoo Customer Support to cancel my Web Hosting account and remove my domains, but my domain still shows up and the email for it is still active. Now what?

Hi Vivienne,
Depending on your account type, if you paid for your service in advance, then your service will remain active until you reach the end of your current billing cycle.
For example, if you purchase a Web Hosting Basic package on May 10th and pay for a full year in advance, but then cancel on December 1st, your account will stay active until May 10th.
