Shipping from Hawaii help?

Will first off this is my original shipping question: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

Please read it to understand what's going on.... It's short...

Now it says this:

Depart USPS Sort Facility

Your item departed our HONOLULU, HI 96820 sort facility on October 16, 2013. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

So... Does that mean it's on the boat to me(I live in california) or that it's just on the truck to the boat and hasnt been shipped yet... In normal land to land shipping cases I know this would mean they departed for the "main" post-office, then be sent out for delivery... But this is my first time buying from Hawaii and even the seller said things ship slow/different from here. Thanks.

We have no idea if it means it is actually on a plane/boat whatever. It has just left one place and is en route to some other place.

Questions like these are really impossible to answer. The sad fact is that you will just have to wait.

Your previous question was deleted so we cannot read it. But I think that just mens that it has left the sorting facility in Honolulu. It does not necessarily mean it has left Hawaii.
