So I got a ticket for drinking on the beach, I was under 21, didn't get arrested. So to make a long story short, I got a ticket, and now it is a bench warrant. This happened about a year ago give or take. Could I still get my license? I didn't have one at the time so I don't know if they would try to suspend something I don't have. I am not really worried about being arrested at the DMV or anything, doubt that would happen, I just want to know if I can get my license.Thanks.

I am really not into christian metal like August burns red, even though they are decent, just not my thing, keep "god" to yourself and out of music haha.

So I am a registered gun owner(.38 and .45) And recently, someone came up to my property, bolt cut the chain my go karts were chained up to, loaded one of them onto his truck(the Kart is worthaprox 1000.00 dollars in value), and I catch him as he jumps into his trucks and speeds off, if something like that happens again can i shoot him/her? I don't care if I had to file a police report stating what I did was to protect my property, cause god knows the police department wont ever help.

I am not a registered voter. I am a 20 year old male. I got a summons for jury duty...Why? I thought you had to be a registered voter to receive jury duty? I don't plan on going, as I never agreed to it, anyone else go through this before?

Hey I live in Woodland Hills Ca 91367. I was playing with my nitro rc car at 3pm, and the neihbor(an old cranky woman) got mad and basically threatened to call the cops. First i thought I could "more or less" make as much noise as I wanted as I thought you had to be quite around 9pm-10pm in most cities... So can anyone help? Do you know what the max DBs can be? If have too I would buy a DB reader just to test to how many DBs it puts out. I know it is more quite then a lawn mower or weed wacker haha.

So... Does that mean it's on the boat to me(I live in california) or that it's just on the truck to the boat and hasnt been shipped yet... In normal land to land shipping cases I know this would mean they departed for the "main" post-office, then be sent out for delivery... But this is my first time buying from Hawaii and even the seller said things ship slow/different from here. Thanks.

I am getting an item shipped to me from Hawaii and I live in California.It was shipped via economy shipping and according to ebay it says "economy shipping takes 1-10 days.) Well I bought a nitro rc car off ebay on the 13th(weights 5-8 pounds depending in how seller packaged it) and on ebay it said the package would arrive anywhere from the 18th-26th. Now when I go on the USPS tracking says it will be delivered on November 2nd. So which do I believe... November second seems like way to long... I mean I know the mail goes by boat, but California and Hawaii aren't 4 thousand miles apart.... Any help or similar situations? Thanks.

Well I got a ticket for drinking on the beach(taking the rap for a friend, long story) and I can't afford the ticket as i do not work, I am a college student. So I am not going to show up for court(my appearance date is tomorrow) because I can not afford the ticket. So my question is can I go to the DMV and get my drivers license as it isn't an "out-standing warrant." The original ticket was about 200 bucks. So would the DMV put a hold on my license or would they give it to me anyway and expect a cop to pick me up at a traffic stop or something. Thanks for the info.

Hello I am on doxycycline and when I first took it gave me vomiting. Now it's the third day and for about w days now I have had frequent urination. It seems to happen worse at night, but that could just be me. So can doxycycline cause frequent urination?

So i got a ticket in Santa Monica and I live in Los Angeles. It was for "drinking on the beach." It wasn't my drink it was my friends but he was under 18 so I took the rap even though I am only 19. The Cop didn't arrest me(even though I thought he legally has too. Can I use this to get off if I fight it?) I don't have a drivers license. Could they put points on my record if I don't pay even though I do not have a license? Other then a warrant what could they do? Would this ticket imped me from getting my license? I don't have a job as I am a college student so I really don't plan on going and paying or fighting as I can't pay either way. The system is so messed up, you have to pay to get a court date if you want to fight it... Yeah really innocent until proven guilty... Sorry that last part was a rant.

Well first a little about me. I am 5'10 120 pounds.Im 19. I am a small framed male. So i will never really get "big." I also have a very high metabolism. I do drink soda(Dr.pepper/root beer/mt dew) and tea(lipton or black tea). I eat a lot as I have a high metabolism and I do smoke marijuana. I do have muscle even though i weigh a little. But only when I flex. I would like to gain about 30 pounds over the next year if possible. What would be a good routine for that and how can I keep myself motivated? I used to work out and skate a lot before my GF moved in and life took over... Haha.
