Bench warrant and license help?
So I got a ticket for drinking on the beach, I was under 21, didn't get arrested. So to make a long story short, I got a ticket, and now it is a bench warrant. This happened about a year ago give or take. Could I still get my license? I didn't have one at the time so I don't know if they would try to suspend something I don't have. I am not really worried about being arrested at the DMV or anything, doubt that would happen, I just want to know if I can get my license.Thanks.

I'm gonna say they probably won't give you a license until you pay the outstanding fine. Whether or not they will arrest you at the dmv, I wouldn't be surprised.

You won't be able to get it while you have an outstanding fine.
Why on earth do you think ignoring it is a sensible option anyway? I mean, I know you're obviously stupid since you were drinking underage, but seriously? You can possibly be so stupid as to think it'll just magically go away, right?
