Shoulder blade pain?
So I have been having shoulder blade pain for about 2 weeks now. It's a dull constant pain, I have full motion without sudden pain, but its just constant and donest go away. It feels like its in the middle or middle right part mostly.... I have recently started to work out more and am thinking I pulled or tore something?
Also if it matters, im a small guy 5'10 110 pounds, I have crohns disease and superior mesenteric artery syndrome. . Thanks.
