Woke up with swollen hard prostate?

Update:

So as the title says I woke up with a hard/swollen (left side) of my prostate. I really had to go pee, I went pee my stream was weaker then usual but nothing drastic, there is still some pain by my left *** bone. Im 23, i never had an issue like this before

Update 2:

PS as soon as I went pee the swelling/hardness went away immediately and the left over pain is minor and more of an "ache"

Update 3:

It was 100 percent my prostate, their is nothing else in that "taint" region that would swell up and then go away after going pee.. That is my prostate.

    Please see a urologist, some medication is needed.

    I'm wondering if you know what the prostate is. It isn't a visable organ, it is inside your body, deep, only way to know if it was swollen at all is if you are a doctor and can stick your fingers that far up your anus
