What Size Should I Get For My Cosplay?

Question

So I'm torn between the Small and the Medium. (All in cm)

Small
Height: 158-162
Bust: 82-84 
Waist: 66-68
Hips: 90-92

Medium
Height: 163-167
Bust: 85-87
Waist: 66-68
Hips: 93-95

I measured myself on all of them, so I'm probably off a LITTLE...
Me 
Height: 157.48
Bust: 83/84
Waist: 68/69
Hips: 93

I'm thinking the Small, but I want to make sure that it'll actually fit me...

Medium because that's supposed to have a taper in the center of it. You don't want it tight in the middle because it throws the symmetry off.

Since it's more of a dress I think that you can get away with an extra cm or two so if I were you I would go with the small :)
