Red Queen vs White Queen?
In Resident Evil, we know they are both state-of-the-art holographic representations of artificial intelligence supercomputers, serving to protect different facilities of the Umbrella Corporation, both of which are modelled after a young girl.
I know that the 'Red Queen' is the more deadly of the 2, whereas the 'White Queen' is the more helpful.
What I was wondering, is which of the 2 is actually the more effective at their job?

I don't think that the White Queen had a directive, or a job as you state. She doesn't even appear to be a security counter-measure to the White Queen, although this could be revealed in future movies.
The Red Queen's primary directive was to secure the Hive, but according to the ResidentWiki, many mistakes were made, primarily the survival of Alice, showing that the Red Queen was uneffective in many ways.
