Can I buy a full game with Microsoft points?

Lets say I want to buy GTAV. Instead of going to a store and buying a copy myself, can I just buy it on the Xbox now with that besides using Paypal or Credit Card can it be bought with Microsoft points? The first thing that came to my mind is yes, because they recently changed it to real currency and I haven't figured out the reason why. Anyways, can I do it? Also how can I do it?

No, GTA V can only be bought as a physical copy right now.

I'm sure you can. I've bought some games using Microsoft points awhile back and had no problem at all. Just be sure to select Microsoft account instead of credit card.

Edit: I don't know about you people but GTA V is available on Games on Demand for $59.99. It's clearly showing on the dashboard.

Ignore everyone else, GTA V was released on the Xbox Game Store earlier today. You can download it with credit that is on your account. As Microsoft points no longer exist.

They removed Microsoft Points for simplicity.

You can buy games on XBOX Live Marketplace, yes, just not with Microsoft Points anymore.

Also, GTA V has not yet been released for XBLM, so you have to buy a disc.
