Why do we keep the "seventh"day sabbath but none of the other yearly 64 sabbaths?

Update:

So, there were at least 64 "Sabbaths" in each calendar year. Many weeks had multiple "Sabbaths", one a seventh day Sabbath, the other a "Holy Convocation", the first or last day of a feast. Often, there were Sabbath days back to back - two days in a row. And. probably just as often, a Feast day Sabbath occurred the same day as the seventh day Sabbath.

Update 2:

Does that help thunder from the south?

There are the weekly Sabbaths, 7 Feast related Sabbaths and 12 New Moon Sabbaths. I don't know of any other Sabbaths.

    Some coincide with one another.

Yom Teruah for example is a High Sabbath. It is also the only feast day that is on the New Moon, another Sabbath. This day could also fall on the weekly Sabbath making it 3 Sabbaths in one day!

The Sabbath was given to the children of Israel...not the Jews only!

The seventh day Sabbath was given by God to the JEWS when God dealt with that nation in the past.

The seventh day Sabbath was not given to Christians and the Jews have been set aside until God begins dealing with that nation in the future.

There is mention of 9 of the ten commandments in the New Testament but no mention of Christians being told to "remember the Sabbath and keep it holy.

"We" do not keep the seventh day sabbath. "We" are not a legal party to the old covenant. And, if you think you are keeping the weekly sabbath, or annual sabbaths, those sabbaths were based on following a lunar calendar, and not a solar one. The real weekly sabbath as a result can fall on any day of the week of the solar calendar, depending on what month it is.

I'm not sure where you get 64. I only count 7. You need to define the 'we'. Different groups have different excuses for disobeying the rules of YHVH. If your reference is to the SDA group, Uriah Smith spent years working out a (very fanciful) 'theology' in which Pentecost could be significant days after YAHUSHUA's death, and The day of Atonement could be significant in 1844, yet we weren't supposed to honor any of the special days of Leviticus 23 after 1844.

If you can convince your boss that your Jewish and should have an extra 64 days a year off without losing pay, go for it.

I really don't see mine buying it.
