Can the phrase "you don't worry" be interpreted as "you don't care"?

If so, how likely is it to be taken in this sense?

    It is really really really unlikely that it would be interpreted that way. ....

    I looked at the 'original' at the site you indicated (Spanish for those who are looking). I have a hard time with the Spanish, so I don't want to comment more on that, although I think the original question was 'Is 'Don't you worry' the same as 'you don't worry'. But that's a different comparison.
