how do I control/ help brain shivers/zaps?

If you read my last question about me dealing withdrawl I haven't been able to get to a doctor. If you didn't I've been taking paxil(20 mg) for a long time and yeah I have no pills left at all. Now, I've been trying to cope with the terrible feeling of brain shivers/ zaps or whatever you call them and I wanted to know is there a vitamin, drink, exercise, something to control, help ease the feeling of the shivers before I can get to the doctor? It would help me alot. I can't make an appointment till monday and I wasn't able to work today because my manager said I looked so bad she said I shouldn't work. As you can understand I cannot miss any more days. If there is anything at all I could do I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!

SSRI withdrawal syndrome is known to cause brain zaps amongst other symptoms. Slow withdrawal or switching to another SSRI is the only known methods of minimising withdrawal symptoms such as zaps although there are reports of trauma doll helping in some cases.
