Pao - Sum - chih - Toh are the ultimate, most expensive and top of the line of Chinese dishes.. Pao translated to English is abalone like stewed abalone with bok choy with XO sauce. Sum translated to sea cucumber like braised sea cucumber. Chih translated to sharks fin like sharks fin soup with crabmeat. and Toh translated to fish stomach, braised fish stomach. These are real Chinese dishes of the wealthy rich and famous people dishes and I being not so rich and famous only hope to savor my favorite Chinese dishes of the filthy rich. The reason is so expensive to order these dishes because it takes hours and hours to cook those ingredients *

I'd eat bush meat so long as it's served in a generic hoi-sin type sauce on one of those cast iron sizzling platters. Maybe a char-sui bun for afters. I've got very low tastes.

Mu Shu. Just had Friday night's Chinese carry out leftovers for dinner tonight. Had to make some more 'pancakes', but no problem ~ I just make crepes and they work great.
