Is this what happens when you have depression..?
When you have depression is it normal to be low then feel alright? Few good days few bad days, and when you're good it's hard to remember the bad days? Feel like you're cured until you go low again or is depression low all the time with no good days at all?

That sounds like the beginning of my depression. Good and bad days were mixing and then the focus went more and more on bad days until I couldn't remember being happy at all anymore.
I hope it is different with you. Please consult a mental health professional to avoid any worsening.
