I think you can do better than someone who needs to spend time in jail. For all you know this could be a reoccurring thing for him and you don't need that in your life

Yeah, you'll have a great life with a loser who gets thrown in jail. Hope you don't ever bring kids into a situation with him as a father, that would be pretty damn selfish of you. What is with women these days, that they think it's completely normal to settle for the trash of humanity?
