could the giant megalodon shark come back to life?

it was 60 ft long and ate whales.. it's true!

they became extinct around 1.5 million years ago, because the isthmus of panama closed which caused a change in sea currents, cooling the sea down.

what if- now the panama canal has been re opened for the first time in 1.5 mil years- the sea currents have started changing and warming and the megalodon come back to life? or evolve again from other sharks?

I suppose it could happen someday, but I doubt it would unless--among other things--whale populations fully rebounded, and humans stopped hunting or killing big sharks.

no - sharks are all dying out at an alarming rate - over fishing for shark fin soup and a poor rep has kept their plight out of the headlines, in a 100 years the sea will be empty of sharks whales too, the only hope for this planet ans the life it contains is for mankind to destroy itself...

It could possibly evolve if everything is exactly the same as it used to be. I highly doubt it though.

Evolution doesn't happen instantly,It would take hundreds of years. So if this happens whe won't be here to worry about these monstrous sharks.

Maybe some of them survived or maybe scientists have a sample of their DNA. That would make it possible.
