In my experience it doesn't matter who you move as long as they all end up with enough space. How long ago did you start to breed? Rats have very short pregnancies, 20-25 days in my experience. Depending on when you introduced you may run out of time if you wait another week. Rats will generally grow the first few weeks and blow up the last week. If it looks like she's swallowed a tennis ball (golf ball if she's a smaller rat) then she's probably on her last week of pregnancy. Be aware, the females can get very aggressive when they give birth so be careful not to get bit when doing anything in her enclosure the first week or two.
