How common is for married men to have sex with other men?

Theres no way of knowing how common this is since a lot of them are obviously covering it up since they're married.
I personally know of a few couples who broke up after the guy came out years and years into their marriages.
I wouldn't say its as common these days as it was before since most gays in the western world anyway don't feel the need to cover up.
That being said in the eastern block and Africa, Asia, middle east, id say its fairly common.

What gay man would want that? I know three gay men who have had sex with those dreary types and all three regretted it.
But of course, there are plenty of men who are not entirely gay. These men are statistically covered in the Figures of the Kinsey Institute.
There have been several properly conducted scientific surveys done over the years, as well as a lot of the kind where men are stopped in the street and asked if they "identify" as homosexual, bisexual or heterosexual. In the UK, this is usually done in Reading, a boring middle-sized, middle-class city near London – they can be darned sure not to find many gay folk there, because those all go to live in London or elsewhere as soon as they can.
Never trust a purportedly “scientific” survey conducted by a group whose name includes the word “Christian” (Gay=sin) or “Family” (gay=pedo); “National” (gay=unpatriotic) or “Health/Disease” (gay=sickness) they all have an axe to grind.
In fact the Kinsey Institute's figures have applied at all times and in all countries, because homosexuality and bisexuality are as much a part of being human as is heterosexuality.
One man in six is entirely homosexual.
One man in six is mostly homosexual.
One man in six is homosexual half the time.
One man in six is mostly heterosexual (“Hell, was I drunk last night!”)
One man in six is so mixed up and brainwashed that he hates himself and becomes dangerous.
One man in six is entirely heterosexual.
The above applies to women, too, I believe.
The original Kinsey figures have been scientifically confirmed by the Kinsey Institute, by Shere Hite and Masters & Johnson among others. They also agree with my own long experience in several countries.

What i do know is,
that cheating in marriage is pretty common.
Are you any more distroyed by their lies of infedelity, No.
I it worse than them breaking your trust, cos its a he not a she, No.
Experience has shown that a hell of a lot of guys although may not go for a guy, but couldnt wait to be with man dressed as a girl.
Dishonesty and untrustworthyness is rife.
Dont you think its pathetic and weak. Just the world were living.

Not at all common, gay men are a tiny percentage of men in general and gay men who don't realise they are gay or ignore it and marry a woman are a small percentage of all gay men in general.

In Britain, more common than you think.
