People who compulsively lie like that will make up any story they can like how their baby died during the birthing process or something of the sort.

Generally, someone who likes this much drama will tell some elaborate story about having a stillbirth. If she is really, really not pregnant (are you sure?), then she has to have some dramatic ending.

The other alternative is that YOU are the one she is lying to, that she really is pregnant. In that case, women like her need to be encouraged to give up the baby. She can do so in America at any firestation or police station, no questions asked. So make sure you know who she is lying to.

Tell her parents - tell her teachers. She needs serious help NOW. If she is pregnant, she needs medical care. If she is not pregnant, an adult needs to talk with her and try to understand why she is faking a pregnancy. Even telling the boyfriend, he deserves to know. This is terribly wrong for her to do to him.
