I don't know what's your origin as you didn't indicate what you are who you are. But you sound like a filipino origin wants to go back to the Philippines and settle with better living with means unlike when you left your country in the past. My family and I whenever we go there we spend 30,000 a month in the country side but the house we're staying is from the relatives so we don't pay rent. We pay our consummation of gas and electric and water which we spend all in all 15,000 pesos. The rest is food and outings, which makes us 30,000 pesos.

The rule of thumb for a foreigner is roughly P43,000 so your budget is over twice that amount.
Living in a big city is higher so a lot would depend on where you live.
Here in Leyte in a smaller town really nice 2 bedroom house will rent for P5,000 per month, electricity P1,000, cable TV P420, water P300. We eat out at least 3 times a week at a cost of about P3,000 total while the rest of our food runs about P5,000 . You can get unlimited texting with free incoming text & calls for P250. These are all monthly charges
A ride across town in a "taxi" (well really a pedicab but he is called a taxi driver LOL) is P6. Internet cafe is P15 per hour. Ride in a aircon van for 40k is P60 while a trashy bus is only P50..

It all depends on how and where you want to live. General Santos City, 3,000 2 bedroom house for rent, 750 TV, 1,400 electric, 250 water, food for a family of 4 8,000 a month. We also had a nanny for our 2 kids 1,500 a month, and we buy water for drinking and we paid about 400 a month for that. The kids school is around 4,000 for both. 17,500 pesos is our fixed expenses. We also have a car that is already paid for, the diesel varies month to month.

I would go out on a limb and say YES.
It might depend on the needs of the 3 people. Is it 3 adults or 2 adults and a child or 1 adult and 2 children?
One way to find out is to visit and check out location and what you will be getting for your money. Then, you can easily adjust or find someplace else.
I would say that much of a budget will get you an nice condo or townhouse with plenty of nice amenities,

Generally yes. But going out frequently can add up. How about school fees, transportation.
I had my own house, no rent, and before that I rented. I used to spend 80k. Now I live in the province on 40k...no luxuries.
