Any tips on how to break the ice when attempting to talk to girls?

I am 20 years old and I frequently see these 2 girls at the gym and yesterday while I was in the sauna they happened to be there at the same time.

Anyways they were in the sauna talking, and whatever and I was the only other person in there and i wanted to start talking ot them but I couldn't think of what to say or how to start

theres 1 of them in particular that I think looks pretty cute but of course I wanna talk to both of them

any tips ideas

    Find a way to insert yourself into the conversation. Make sure what you say actually contributes (nothing like "Oh yeah i think that's cool" or things like that). If they're friendly enough they'll talk with you too.
