I am a 20 year old guy and I really have no friends I see people at the gym and have a few acquaintances in college but no one I hang out with

for the past 2 years my social circle has gotten smaller and smaller some were toxic friends I cut ties with. Others just simply didn't call me up or anything

and I recently lost my job but I still didnt hang out with any of my co-workers

And I gotten used to doing everything alone going out to eat I take these long nature walks at the park read stay home watch movies play video games.

I dont have a problem socializing with people I just dont like hanging out with anybody anymore I'm not bitter but I do get annoyed fast now

is being alone this much bad in the long run

I am a native Spanish speaker I speak spanish at home

but I used to have braces along time ago and they had this thing on the top of my mouth that prevented my tongue from touching the front of my teeth because the orthodontist said it was bad or something i cant remember

and its been a while since I had my braces off but now I cant roll my R's anymore since I go so used to having that device at the top of my mouth i cant Roll my R's anymore

and even though im fluent in spanish sometimes I sound like i am not because of the whole R thing

Im salvadorian and everytime I talk to a mexican person about yuca or say the word yuca

they just stare at me

not one single mexican person I have talked to knows what yuca is

do they not eat yuca in mexico

or is it just the ones who live here in the U.S that dont know what it is

I am a 20 year old guy im short im only 5'4 currently weigh 143 and trying to drop to 135 but still wanna have some muscle definition

I currently do

Chest/triceps

Legs/back

Shoulders/Biceps

is there a way to group the muscle groups to get a more effective workout

and I do 30 minutes of cardio

15 minutes of high intensity cardio on the stair climber

and 15 minutes of running on the treadmill since its cold or id be running outside

Im 20 years old and im taking a critical thinking class its under the category of philosophy and today we were talking about body language and what kind of signs it gives off

And im fairly quiet in class I havent spoken a word at all i just mind my own business listen and take notes and do the assignments i pretty much keep to myself

and today my teacher told me to come up in front of the whole class so he could show an example of how body language can convey certain things

and i started fidgeting and was really nervous and i felt anxiety during all of this and I looked like an idiot in front of the class

I just dont feel like going back now it was kind of a hit to myself esteem

because before at least i was the quiet anonymous guy now im the guy who looked like an idiot in front the class

Today in my philosophy class my teacher was explaining how body language works what kind of signals it can give off so he made used me as an example in class he told me to come up and stand infront of the class

now I have never said a word in class im quiet i basically just sit there mind my own business and leave I dont talk i dont answer questions i dont participate because it makes me feel uncomfortable i just do the work turn it in and leave

and when he made me do this today I got all flustered and started fidgeting and i know everyone in class could tell that it made me nervous and now I feel like a fool i really dont wanna go to class

I started feeling anxiety when I was put on the spot and i tried to hesitate when he picked me but he kept insisting

I personally hate wearing t shirts and jeans

I feel the most comfortable wearing some slacks dress shoes and a shirt and tie

im 20 years old

I have always dreamed of having a career one day where I can wear a suit everyday

anyways what do you think of a guy who dresses differently than most

I am 20 years old and I frequently see these 2 girls at the gym and yesterday while I was in the sauna they happened to be there at the same time.

Anyways they were in the sauna talking, and whatever and I was the only other person in there and i wanted to start talking ot them but I couldn't think of what to say or how to start

theres 1 of them in particular that I think looks pretty cute but of course I wanna talk to both of them

any tips ideas

I wasnt always like this in high school I had no problem giving presentations or answering questions or being the focal point of the class in general

but in college I feel so intimidated I tried to get over it but I cant even if I know the answer which i frequently do or have some kind of input to add to the discussion I just dont speak at all

I just cant bring myself to open my mouth how can I get over this

And now I feel that since I havent said anything in class since it started 2 months ago that it would be weird if I just suddenly started

and I have 2 options

Move in with my aunt who lives with her long time boyfriend they have a big house 4 bedrooms three bathrooms and its only them and her boyfriend already said I could move in if I want

or live with my grandparents they have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and its only 2 of them

now my dilemma is I had to move immediately and my aunt and her boyfriend were out of town so I moved all my stuff to my grandparents house and am sleeping here tonight,

My grandma even cleared everything out of her office room for me and well she really wants me here only problem is shes kinda strict and she expects me home at like 10pm all the time

My aunt doesnt really care what time I come home or whatever I will have more freedom there

my grandma said if I wanna leave she will be fine and it wont hurt her feelings and I dont know what to do now I wanna leave but shes really excited and I know she will be sad if I leave

My parents got divorced a year or so ago my mom just kind of left my dad decided to buy a house and do his own thing and I stayed behind in my moms old house

I knew it was going into foreclosure or something and she kept telling me dont worry you still have time in the house and she kept lying and 2 weeks ago she told me she put it on short sale and on the 23rd I have to be out

so I sold all my furniture or threw it away and im waiting until the last 1 or 2 days to get rid of my mattress anyways all I own basically now are my clothes and my 2001 nissan altima and my laptop

I dont get it im not a very emotional person but if someone near and dear to me in my family died

I wouldnt think oh hold on a minute let me post about this on facebook so I can get likes and comments from people who probably never met the dead person

I mean whats the point if someone died and posting about it

I see it as a way of looking for attention

For example I know everybody at the gym I go to its like my safety zone one guy even told me you're like the mayor of them gym because I know and talk to almost everybody

After high school my circle got smaller and smaller and the people I used to hang out with were just using me to pay or for rides etc they would leave me out unless they needed something

I recently lost my old job and I haven't made any friends in college this is my first time attending school since I graduated 2 years ago

I also live alone so I wake up at like 2 pm sometimes or dont wear anything but sweat pants for weeks and its getting really out of hand

I just sit at home watching movies or tv playing video games or surfing the web

I watch shows like New Girl and How I Met Your Mother and I really want a group of friends like that

I really never paid attention to be honest im not really sure how I got through my senior year in high school the only thing I really excelled in was science and like welding manual labor stuff

anyways I dont know when to add commas or where they even go can someone explain this to me or something

I took a 2 year break after high school and now that im in college and that im an adult looking for better opportunities I need to at least know how to write basic English
