Is it Minecraft 1.6.4 or 1.7?
I updated to Minecraft 1.7 with the horses and the new launcher, and it was called 1.7, but now it says it is 1.6.4 and that 1.7 is coming out on Friday. What's going on?

1.6.4 has been out since September. The pre-release of 1.7 was just recently released. MineCraft 1.6 came with horses and the new launcher. You just read things wrong.
