Try Javita. It is coffee.. I know, you want to kick the habit, but it has half the normal amount of caffeine and it tastes delicious. As you start to wein off of the caffeine then you can switch to tea and then water.
Javita has other good stuff in it to give you natural energy and you won't need more than one cup per day.
Go to www.javitaboost.com for more info. Good luck!

Flavored decaf. It got me through my pregnancies. I drink the flavored regular and decaf when I want "something" but don't want to eat (i.e., an hour or two before dinner, or I want to eat, even fruits and veggies, out of boredom...) It's also good on a cold winter afternoon when I curl up with a book or on-line while the kids are either napping or having quiet time and I'm having Laura time. (I also use diet soda for the same reasons-- It's a good post-dinner sweet to help get the spice taste out of my mouth.)

There are alternatives at the Health Food stores that taste good but will not over load you with caffeine. Herbal teas are very good and I drink them on occasion when the weather starts to get cold.

I drink Yerbe Mate, it's similar to tea. There's not a lot of caffeine content but there are tons of health benefits. It's even helped me lose weight.
