Is Halloween celebrated in Finland?

If so, how big is it? Is it the same as it is here in America?

Not really, even though it's getting more popular, or at least stores are trying to sell Halloween stuff. It's mainly an excuse to party (students) or dress funny (kids) or maybe have some kind of a theme party. It's Celtic/Anglo-Saxon tradition, not Finnish. In Finland there is the All Saints' Day on Saturday and in the old times people celebrated "kekri".
