How Would Republicans Have Reacted If The Osama bin Laden Mission Had Failed?

Nothing would have pleased republicans MORE, or tickled their balls, MORE, than if the Osama raid had matched or surpassed Jimmy Carters disasterous attempt to rescue the Iranian Hostages in 1979.

They LOVEEEEEEE Comparing Obama to Carter, so a similar disaster or unsuccesful raid, would have made them cream in their pants.

Had any SEAL team members actually died.....they would have been screaming for his impeachment.

Some were actually screaming for his impeachment for illegally invading Pakistani airspace!!!!!!! Like they were all suddenly worried about Pakistani sovereignty.

Osama Bin Laden killed close to 3000 people. Obamacare will be responsible for more deaths than that in the near future if it is not repealed. People are not mad it failed we are mad because they had 3 years and spent 600 million on the web site and it still failed. Obama's Administration will be the death of this country the Terrorists just have to sit back and watch it happen.

Well, we aren't real happy that that Seal Team who commit the raid was put onto an old helicopter

In Afghanistan and they were all killed soon after the raid. Osama bin Laden had been put in a building and was no longer running missions. He was watching porn. I was glad he was gone, but maybe ruining our tenuous relations with Pakistan was too high a price since that's where the militias hide when they aren't attacking in Afghanistan.

Conservatives would have prayed for the bin Laden mission to fail, and that all of the Seals were tortured and executed.

If it had failed, it would have most likely because of something on the Administration level that caused it. They would have excoriated the President for the failure, and rightly so. However, it was a success, so Republicans have given kudos to Obama.

That's a big IF.

But had it failed, we'd still be hearing about it.
