Am I on the way out or just depressed?

This may sound like a bit of a joke but i can assure you i aint laughing. I had uncontrolled angina and was told to take 75mg of aspirin every day and that i would have 2 stents put in within a couple of months off home i go only to end up in A&E the very next day with A severe allergy to Aspirin i was then told I would need a double heart bypass which would mean a major operation, the angina was controlled at last but I had trouble turning my head was in extreme pain when coughing, laughing or sneezing and had to have a second surgery 10 months later to remove the clips and wires to the sternum. this obviously set me back in recovery and i was offered Cardiac recovery therapy in the gym after about 1 month i progressed to the rowing machine and upon my very first go everybody heard 2 amazing loud pops! yes you guessed it torn meniscus in both knees so its back to theatre for meniscal tear repair now i just been to my G.P. and find that i've either got a prostate problem or early onset of diabetes surprising how much this old body can take uh?
