Can mice eat raisin bran?

Not the raisins; just the bran part.

Plain Cheerios make for a better treat as it contains oats whereas Raisin Bran contains wheat. Wheat along with peanuts and sunflower seeds are the 3 highest allergy foods for mice:

As far as diet, many people in the mouse community that use a commercial mix get Brown's Tropical Carnival hamster/gerbil mix. The BTC mouse/rat mix has too much crude protein as most mice should not have more than 13%. Lab block is fine as a supplement to the diet, but a mix allows them to choose which is important for mental stimulation. You already know raisins are not good for mice as they can cause renal failure, but other food from the BTC hamster/gerbil mix that I remove are the peanuts, sunflower seeds and dried corn. The first and second are as I mentioned high allergy foods as well as high calorie. The third has been linked to cancer and mold problems. Mice can be offered fresh vegetables twice per week. More than that, though, can cause diarrhea. Also, offer any new food only one at a time and in small amounts to start as it can upset little tummies.

TFM has a section on the information page on diet as well as a nutrition category on the forum. A search of the archives will show many threads on which foods are safe/unsafe along with treat suggestions:

How are your new additions doing? Have they settled in well? I recently got 4 rescue mice (due to age) and they are still in that should-I-or-should-I-not-trust-the-human phase. Looking at it through their eyes, their whole world was just turned upside down and even though they have a mansion compared to what they were previously in and lots of toys and so forth, it is still scary for them and they need time to adjust. Hopefully sooner rather than later, though, they will be running onto our hands and wanting cheek rubs.

Nope. Too high in sugar and other unnecessary components, as with all breakfast cereals.

Instead, pick up some dry rolled oats, dry whole wheat pasta, actual bran, and so forth... from a bulk food store and give that to your mice.

I don't know but feed raisin bran to your dog and see what happens.
