In your opinion, Xbox one vs PS4?

Question

I just want to see what people think. 

I've always been on playstation since ps1 but would change if I had to. I've also been amazed by the continued deteriation of Xbox one, major games are lower resolution. More expensive, by a lot. The huge emphasis put on kinect which I can't stand using!

Just want a bit of a discussion I what people are getting/ want and why.

For me it would be PS4. I'll try to explain why.

1: When I got the PS3 in 2011 I knew the PS4 would have to come out in a few years so I invested in buying digital copies of the games I wanted because I also knew it MIGHT be possible for them to enable us to play digital PS3 games on our PS4. So I've already invested in one great feature and if I switched to Xbox One then my investment would be wasted.

2: I hate Microsoft. I really don't like the way Microsoft does business. When the PS3 launched it already had three things the Xbox 360 did not and I would have been angry to not have them. They are rechargeable batteries, large internal hard drive, and better hardware. The Xbox 360 had a failure rate close to 50% as soon as it launched so I figure I would have been screwed anyway. I feel liek they made the Xbox 360 with crap ahrdware just to make a profit off repairing broken Xbox's for the gamers.

3: I'm not happy with the way Xbox One is designed. I'm not a fan of Kinect gaming and I certainly do not like the idea of Xbox One's original policies. I was so disgusted I'm glad I didn't have to worry about it. If Sony ever did anything like this I'd switch to Nintendo.

4: Microsoft lie to us. you know what they said when someone asked about the possibility of removing Xbox One's original features? They said "The Xbox One's architecture is designed to revolve around DRM. You can't just remove it with a flip of a switch." And you know what they did??? THEY REMOVED IT JUST LIKE THAT!

5: Microsoft are cheap and want your money. Do you know what Microsoft said in 2005 about the possibility of adding blu-ray to the Xbox 360 isntead of the simple DVD drive? They said games would never get large enough to be a problem. That might have been true in 2005 but I'm SURE the consumers would love a blu-ray drive instead. Also did you know the Xbox One controller will not have lithium ion batteries just like the Xbox 360? This way Microsoft can manufacture the Xbox One controller for less but still sell it for $60 like the PS4 controller.

6: The PS4 is cheaper and almost all of the features are free. The PS4 is $400 whereas the Xbox One is $500. You need Xbox GOLD to use it's DVr feature, PArty Chat, Skype and Online gaming. Ridiculous.

7: PlayStation Plus. Sometimes I forget I'm paying for PlayStation Plus. Sony's premium service beats Xbox GOLD anyday.

8: PS4 has more exclusives. PS4 has around 25 announced launch titles. It's the only one that gets PS2 and PS1 classics like Grand Theft Auto and Final Fantasy. Not only that but Sony is also more friendly with indie developers which I'm thankful for.

9: The PS4 has a removable hard drive. I hope Xbox One users are happy with only 500GB because that's all they'll ever have. I on the other hand will upgrade my HDD to at least 1 terrabite.

10: The PS4 is for games, Xbox One for TV. The Xbox One is designed to have TV features I could never care about. I don't even watch TV anymore unless it's news.
