How do I set up an equation for this problem?

Please help me write the equation for this problem. I can take it from there I just can't seem to write the equation.

A gym offers two YEARLY membership plans. The first plan cost $50 to join, then $5 for every gym visit. The second plan costs $200 to join and $2 per visit. Which plan is the better deal?

Would I set up the problem like this?

50 + 5x = 200 + 2x

Or make it into two different problems since it says yearly.

50 + 5x = 365

200 + 2x = 365

your first equation shows the equivalence point for the number of visits per year

___ x is the "break even" number

if you have fewer than x visits per year, the 1st plan is best

if you have more than x, then the 2nd plan is better
