Poll: Is it aswering questions in this section adictive for you?
Are you checking the language category all the time and over and over again to see if there is something up you can translate from or to your native language? Why do you thing is that? How do you feel when someone choose your answer as the best or gives you a thumb up? and what about when someone gives you a low rate to something you positively know you've properly translated to your own language and see under it a ridiculous answer whose owner is 99,99% sure the one who gave you the low rating? Doesn't it make you mad?...Don't tell me it never happend to you...lol !!!

I am not addicted. I can quit any time I want to. I just do not want to.
What makes you say I am addicted just because I stay up far to late running around YA?

In the language category, it seems to me the majority of questions that need an Y!A answer are about English itself.
I no longer search out the Qs about the other languages that I know, in 'language'...
With the English-related questions alone that are here, I feel like I am doing online triage and/or rehabilitation and/or pre-vocational and (somewhat more shockingly) occupational therapy (in the literal sense) for a million things about the English language, things which more and more obviously have not been taught clearly and consistently in the liberal-arts courses of the schools and university systems of America since the mid 1960s ...
I could stay busy with this until the moment of my death... and perhaps beyond... (perhaps not interested .. but busy...)
What is this sh** about voting and ratings, by the way? ... Or would you like to convince me that for my efforts in Y!A I can actually hear the sound of coins jingling against each other in my pockets, or some other more real reward, than ... 'ratings' ??
