Can you buy a toner for hair?
can i go to like sallys and buy a toner to put in my blonde highlights to make them more ashy wite blonde? because i want to add a couple blonde highlights in my blonde hair just to lighten it up around my face, but i want them to be like erally cool, almost white ashy color , not yellow at all. is there something i can buy?

is it just called toner ? are they specific like ash toner?? and i use the blue shampoo, i dont find it helps too much tho !! Thank you !! :)

yes. get a level 10 violet toner and developer. make sure the toner has no base or background to it.
oh! and you should try a violet/purple conditioner instead of the shampoo you're using. toning shampoos don't really work but the toning conditioners work like a dream! aveda's blue malva conditioner is the best!

Yes! You could also get a purple shampoo too.
