Why do I have to sign in every hour to my email?
starting three days ago, I am required to sign into my Yahoo Plus Email every hour, instead of every two weeks that I have set in my preferences. I can not even find a way to ask Tech support this question, every time i try to use the help tree it leads to a dead end.
Have not installed any new security software. I allow cookies to be set for yahoo mail.
