Keyboards; mine has defected so I cannot get Question marks or Exclamation marks. HELP?
I hit the question mark key, up comes silly French letters. I hit the exclamation key, up comes junk. How to return keys to normal. Shift key does it to me, not other reg keys..

Go into your system settings (Control Panel) and check your keyboard and language settings.
