    x-intercept

    Change y=0

    0=x^2+34x

    -34x=x^2 (subtract 34 from both sides)

    x=sqrt(-34) to get rid of the x^2 into x,sqrt both sides. sqrt= square root

    y-intercept

    change x=0

    y=0^2+34(0)

    y=0
