heart rate speeda up after climbing short stairs?

My heart rate jumped up to around 85 bpm after climbing a short set of stairs maybe 10 steps.

Before I climbed the stairs I was resting for about an hour and got stright up and climb the stairs I felt tired when I got to tge top.

I'm not over weight but I'm not in great shape haven't exercised in over a year.

I'm a 22 yr old male.

    Well as your resting you have a resting heart rate normally around 65 bpm and climbing stairs will make your heart rate rise especially if your out of shape.

    Exercise more and this will fix your problem.

    Don't worry, your Cholesterol level increased. Your problem due to Cholesterol so you need to talk with you Doctor now. Don't worry brother it's normal.
