Is there any truth to the rumor that The Queen is pressuring Charles to divorce Camilla?

I just saw this published, and it apparently is based on a report in the Globe.

Prince Charles May Divorce Camilla for the Good of the Country

Supposedly the Queen is forcing Prince Charles to divorce Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, or he can't inherit the throne. And Camilla is threatening to expose the Royal family's dirty secrets if he dares throw her off that queenly throne she so rightly deserves -- or so says the The Globe. They want us to believe Camilla's been pulling drunken tirades, demanding a huge divorce pay-off, or she'll blab.

I do not think this is possible. Charles loves Camilla, and the Queen accepted this a long time ago. Is there any truth to this?

Toss that publication in the rubbish bin where it belongs.

The Queen has no say in the order of the succession. Only Parliament may alter it. Charles may do as he pleases with his life, so long as he does not marry a Catholic, and even that restriction will soon be lifted.

I would like to see William and Kate being King and Queen. It is for the good of the Country. They bring in a lot of money to the English Economy do to the world likea a young couple that can relate to the public. Since the Royal Family has no Politictical Power, and are just a Tourist attraction, it does not matter who succeed s the Queen.

But from Financial point, William, Kate, Baby George and Harry are the main attraction. So England open your eyes and do the right thing for your country.

I adore the Queen and her Family, but I also see with an open mind that your country needs money, for shools, feed the hungry and unemployed people.

It isn't up to the Queen who inherits the throne. Succession laws are just that, laws, written in black and white and can only be changed by the government of the day. There is no "he can't inherit the throne" He can, he will if he lives long enough. And no, he and Camilla are not getting divorced. Camilla was recently with the Queen at a charity event in South London.

Do you believe rumours? Given that the Queen would have had to agree to their marriage, including the implications re Charles succeeding her, do you honestly believe she is now pressuring him to DIVORCE Camilla. That's just plain ridiculous. I would suggest the poor old Queen has seen enough of that in her dysfunctional family already to be encouraging another D. Actually to the contrary. She appears to have formed an agreeable relationship with her daughter in law with whom she clearly has a lot in common - far more than was ever going to be the case with Diana.

ps I believe all this succession thing, has been long sorted out!

Add - While I don't support the source here, check out the expressions on the faces of the people involved in this RECENT event!!! Does that look like the d-word? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2475673/Ro...

The Queen can't alter the line of succession, providing Charles survives her, he will be King on her death whether or not he is still married to Camilla. I doubt she wants Charles to divorce, she is reported to like Camilla a lot more than she did Diana.

I'm more concerned by the report, in that same issue of the Globe, that Santa Claus has retired.

Christmas won't be the same without him!

Couldn't say. If it is in the paper it must be true you might think.

You might also expect the SAS to be on standby, if you look at other papers.

And some people wonder why the gutter press needs regulating.

I know as a Christian ,that would be great news for the British people. Because it was never right for Charles to marry Camilla Bowels. If Charles really felt bad about Diana's death. He should have married a spanish countess or a royal hier female to maintain his conquering perception of being king or close to it. Aleast he would be with a younger woman .Who is from the social pond of his birth. And not sin grubbing woman seeking .Someone elses mate.Although he was emotionally hurt.Charles should have thought of his birth and royal laws not to offend the church and his hopeful kingship....To marry wrong gives his mother amino to removal base on his life choices as Prince and hier to the throne.Even Tiggy had royal bloodline from her mother to her father. That would have been a good union and possible children for Henry and William to be close to...
