Someone who uses his knowledge of computers to get into your computer for nefarious and criminal reasons.
He will steal your email address book and send spam to everyone in it.
He will leave behind some sort of syware or other malware and can take control of your computer for his own nefarious purposes, including possibly stealing you identity and your money.
