How to get my hand,fingers and wrist bigger?
I know it's a gentic thing i'm 16 years old with a 7inch wrist and I really like them to be 9-10 inch.my hand is bigger than most of my classmates but I want them just like I said so should I drink lots of milk or what or should I wait for I get older?

Be patient, a lot of guys don't hit there last growth spurt until they're as old as 20-21 years old. Wrist measurements are mainly affected by body frame size, and if you have a small frame, you're gonna have smaller wrists. I really wouldn't be too concerned about it though because I just measured mine and they are not quite 2.5 inches, I'm also 6'3" and 240 and have a large frame. You're thinking about 1/4 of an inch wayyyy to much. Next, I really hate to play the race card, but IN GENERAL Filipino and those of southeast asain descent tend to have smaller frames than we caucasian people. Steroids can't affect a specific area, and besides that, most guys consider the size of something else to be more important than the size of their wrists. So unless you really want to compromise the size of other more important parts of your anatomy I'd stear clear of the "vitamin s" If you really want to work on your wrist size and strength, don't worry so much about bench, do some more functional exercises to increase your grip strength. Start doing more cleans, snatches and jerks so you have to rely on your wrists to catch and stabilize the weight more. Also doing things like farmer's walk with 2 really heavy dumbbells will help increase your grip strength and eventually your wrist size. Another exercise is for you to get on your knees and lay you forearm on a bench with a dumbbell in your hand and your wrist hanging off the edge. Keep your arm on the bench and flex and extend your wrist with the same reps and sets of whatever you do for curls/triceps. Then flip your arm over and do the other side, then do 2 sets where the dumbbell is perpendicular to the floor. Another good wrist/forearm exercise is to get a 45 pound barbell bar and have your hands holding it very close together. Start spinning it using only your wrists, (flex one then grab and flex the other, then back and forth) go in one direction for 30-45 seconds, then switch and go the other direction. If your wrists don't want to fall off after that, then increase your time a bit, but if you get up to a minute in each direction and it doesn't hurt, you're not doing it right. Also, just keep the weight at 45 because it won't do much for you.

Get small dumbells and rotate your wrist up and down and left to right and around in circles with them in your hands. Also, try playing a sport with a raquet like tennis or raquetball. These really help.

If you normaly have a smaller frame you wouldn't want big hands and wrist because that would look extremely imperportionate
You would have to increase you whole body figure to match your big hands.
Your lucky that your body matches your figure cause mine doesn't.
Plus your only 16 you still have a lot of growing to do
