Personally I use vinegar to clean just about everything from the bathroom to the kitchen. It is a natural antibacterial.
Only thing that it doesn't seem to work for (at least for me) is getting smells out of upholstery.
Best of luck!

Vinegar is great for salads. Bleach kills almost everything effectively. Do what she wants, why should you care whether it is effective or not? She is the one making the decisions. You could argue and lose a job but what is the point? That you're right? Does that put food on the table, NO! For your stuff use 10% bleach solution and be safe. Vinegar is a fad and like all fads, it is foolish and strange but people are foolish and strange, no?
