Rid of thinning hair? Do you mean you don't want them there? Well, I guess, just pull them out!?

At 14, you should not be having thinning hair problems. You should be going into the stage where you have the best hair you will have. In your later teens, it will start thinning, and continue all through your life.

But once the hair thinning process has started, there is nothing much you can do to stop it. It's too late by then. There might be something you could do before this, but it's rather drastic. Now, you just need to accept the fact that you may have little hair, and enjoy the ride!

You know, of course, that using hair oils is what is causing your hair to get thinner? You don't want to be using any of that stuff!! Keep your hair and scalp clean and it will be the best it can be. There is nothing you can put on your hair and scalp, or any pills you can take, that is going to make any difference. Don't be fooled by all the advertising.

If it's in your genes, you won't have much luck stopping hair loss. This may be a recessive gene that skips generations.

Putting too much junk on hair doesn't help, either. Washing everyday is bad also, recommended 3-4 days. I wouldn't oil your hair everyday, maybe every 2-3 days.

Avoid name-brand hair soap, look for natural soaps or make your own.

Lastly, if you can't do anything about it, work with what you got and say screw the rest.
