where can i buy semi formal dresses at a good price?

I'm looking for a dress for homecoming that's in 1 week ! I want a baby blue with silver. I try looking online but they're in dark blue and cost $$$ .. :/ this is my first time going to a dance.. do you know where I can find a pretty dress in the color I want but not so expensive? $50 or lower.. if I can't find anything, then I'm willing to go for $60.. is this too cheap for a dress? I'm really nervous about the dance and the money problem is making me even more stressed :( I feel so bad cause girls at school look on their phones and show each other these gorgeous dresses.. for $150 or more and they don't care cause "daddy" pays for it.. :'( I wish I can find a dress that'll make me look just as beautiful as them..

I know how hard it is finding a dress! Most of the dresses that you look at are so expensive, and you only wear it once. It will be very hard to find a dress under $60 but if you look at places like Marshall's, TJ MAXX, or Ross, they might have something. No promises though. Also where I live, there is a Sam Moon and around it there is is some places that don't look safe, but will have what you are looking for. If you will be able to stretch your budget, then Norstroms or Forever 21 might have something that is not $100. You could also try Dillard's. It will still be hard, but good luck and have a fun homecoming!
