I'm pretty sure my crush like me… what happens next?!?!?

Ok, so last night I went to my school's football game with my friends and my crush was there and he came over to talk to me and my friends and he stood next to me and long story short, we spent most of the last 2 quarters really close (like really really really close) with our arms around each other and then at the end we walked out of the stadium holding hands and he hugged me goodbye (a very long, drawn-out hug goodbye :D) and that was it. But now what? I don't have his phone number but I am Facebook friends with him so should I message him asking for it? Or should I wait until Monday to do anything? And what should I do on Monday? I don't have any classes with him since he's a grade above me but I do see him in the hallway occasionally. The thing is, he's definitely not a flirt who does that with every girl, and I honestly haven't ever talked to him that much so I'm not sure why he would pick me. But it definitely means something right? What does it mean? What do I do? Help!
