You are incredibly lucky. You are near one of the best CILs in the country. Sarah is a good friend of mine and she is young and vibrant and has the CIL doing all kinds of amazing things. She organized the disability pride parade in Chicago when she worked there and brought it to San Jose. Join the disabikity pride organizing committee and you will immediately have a whole network of people to be friends with.
